Monique Honaman

Monique Honaman is the Managing Director, Portfolio Talent, based in Atlanta, Georgia. She joined GIP in January 2025 to focus on hiring and assessing C-Suite and Board talent in the Portfolio, supporting and strengthening the Human Resources functions within the businesses, and hiring and assessing for talent joining the Business Improvement team.

Ms. Honaman has 30+ years of experience in Human Resources and Executive Assessment. She started her career in Human Resources with General Electric (GE), then founded and led ISHR Group for 22 years providing executive assessment, leadership development and coaching services globally, and most recently served for four years as the Chief Human Resources Officer for ANDMORE, a Blackstone portfolio company.

Ms. Honaman holds a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School, a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan. She also holds a certificate from the UC-Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute.
