Lisa Krueger

Lisa Krueger joined GIP in 2022 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the Business Improvement Group where she brings extensive experience in energy transformation. She is currently serving on the Board, the Investment Committee, and ESG Committee for Skyborn Renewables. She provides a variety of commercial, operational and strategy support to GIP’s other energy related portfolio companies.

Ms. Krueger also currently serves on the Board for Seapeak, a Stonepeak Company, where she also serves on the Audit & Risk Committee.

Ms. Krueger previously served as the Executive Vice President for AES (AES), a Fortune 500 global energy independent power producer, the Board of Directors for Fluence Energy (FLNC), CEO of Essential Power, a US based independent power producer, and in a variety of executive roles for First Solar (FSLR), a solar photovoltaics manufacturer and Dynegy (acquired by VST), a US based independent power producer.

Ms. Krueger has a Master of Business Administration from Rice University’s Executive Program and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (MST).
