Kenji Hashimoto

Kenji Hashimoto joined GIP’s Business Improvement Team in 2022 and serves as Portfolio Company Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to GIP, Mr. Hashimoto was at Amazon, where he was a Vice President leading North America Sort Centers and Surface Transportation. Prior to Amazon, Mr. Hashimoto was with American Airlines for over twenty years where he held senior executive roles in finance, commercial, and operations. His broad experience includes leading the airline’s regional carriers, the cargo division, strategic alliances, and as Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development.

Mr. Hashimoto graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a bachelor’s degree in physics and a minor in economics, and he holds an MBA in finance, management and strategy from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
